Scott Arthur is the Director of Public Relations for the Star of Hope Mission. I began my career at the Mission some 18 years ago as a "media liaison" while still a radio personality in Houston. HOPE NOTES documents my thoughts and experiences during a non-stop journey to spread the word about our wonderful organization and the thousands of broken lives it reaches out to each year.
